The location is great, only 3 miles away from New Hope Christian Church. It's a quick 18-minute drive from the airport. The restaurant is nice with outstanding food, and the staff are very accommodating.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at this hotel. They were professional and really very responsive to issues. I loved the common area spaces. The rooms were roomy. The views of the mountaineers stunning. The location was stellar!
The price was too high for this brand and cleanliness was a challenge. The first room we checked into was dirty. The second room had dirt in the bathtub. Parking and building layout were also a challenge.

Our room at Holiday Inn Roanoke - Tanglewood was impeccable and pet-friendly. The bathroom was fantastic, with a shower, hair dryers, and plush bath sheets. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and just a short drive from Roanoke.

The location is fantastic, super close to all the attractions. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave, which was really convenient. - Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly.

Everything was fine. The room had climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The location was favorable, really close to everything. Convenient to go everywhere. Near downtown Roanoke and the Salem Civic Center.

The location was particularly good because it was near to the Salem Civic Center where the wrestling state championship competition was held, and restaurants and shopping. The staff was amicable, the service was great, they shared some useful information.

The bed is comfortable. Access to the handicapped room's shower is convenient with a high toilet. The staff is responsive and accommodating, providing excellent pillows upon request. The location is ideal, with nearby parking options. They promptly plowed the parking lot after a snowstorm.
